Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for applying for Business Visit Visas, Business Visit Visa extensions, SIO salary amendments including manual submissions.
• Registering labor contracts with the LMRA, knowledge on Labor law and best course of actions for terminating workers.
• Responsible for all governmental portal access and actions required on the system.
• Handling workers medical and fingerprints for their work permits, site passes, CRPEP registrations and renewals, all governmental portal access and actions required on the system. etc.

Requirements and Skills

• Bahraini.
• Experience in HR/GR for at least 2-3 years with a reputed company.
• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of confidentiality.
