Government Relations Officer (Mandoub)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all government transactions (visa processing, residency, labor, licensing, Legal Support, etc.)
- Manage documentation related to ministries and official authorities
- Ensure timely renewal of company licenses and employee documents
- Support HR department in documentation, filing, and administrative tasks
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth processing of official requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mandoub / GRO in Kuwait
- Strong knowledge of government procedures, visa, and licensing processes
- Valid Kuwait driving license (mandatory)
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary & Benefits:
- Working Hours: 9 hours (including 1-hour break)
- Working Days: 6 days per week
Work Location: In person
