Government Relations Specialist

We Are Hiring: Government Relations Officer (GRO) – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Government Relations Officer (GRO) to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will manage all government-related processes and ensure full compliance with Saudi regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities (MHRSD, Jawazat, Muqeem, Qiwa, GOSI)

• Handle all employee-related government transactions (Iqama, visas, transfers, exit/re-entry, final exit, etc.)

• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations

• Coordinate with internal departments to support administrative and legal processes

• Maintain and update company records on government portals

• Manage documentation, attestations, and official correspondence

• Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure company compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a GRO in Saudi Arabia

• Strong knowledge of government platforms (Qiwa, Absher, Muqeem, GOSI, etc.)

• Good understanding of Saudi labor law and Saudization requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
