JOB TITLE: Government Relations Supervisor
REPORTING TO: People & Culture Manager
JOB ROLE
The Government Relations Supervisor manages all government-related processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations, accurate documentation, and smooth coordination with relevant authorities. The role supports hotel operations by handling employee government documentation efficiently and providing guidance on legal and regulatory matters.
RESPONSBILTIES

Manage visas, work permits, labor cards, and all official employee documentation in compliance with Saudi Labor local laws and regulations.

Coordinate with government authorities, embassies, and relevant agencies to ensure smooth processing of permits and approvals.

Maintain accurate records of all government-related documentation for employees, including renewals and expirations.

Advise P&C and departmental teams on government policies, labor regulations, and compliance requirements.

Support audits, inspections, and reporting to government authorities when required.

Monitor changes in local labor and immigration regulations and ensure the hotel remains compliant.

Resolve employee inquiries related to government processes professionally and timely.

Train and guide junior P&C or administrative staff on government processes and documentation procedures.

Collaborate with departments to anticipate workforce documentation needs and ensure timely processing.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Diploma in P&C, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in government relations, immigration, or P&C administration, preferably in hospitality.

Strong knowledge of Saudi labor, visa, and immigration regulations.

Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
