Overview Of The Role:

The Government Services and Administration specialist will expertly navigate a broad range of activities, including facility evaluations, medical insurance management, office administration, visa management, work permits, sponsorship transfers, and Labor relations. By ensuring seamless processes and strict compliance with regulations, this role will foster strong relationships with relevant authorities and provide exceptional support for the organization

What You Will Do:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of office services to ensure that the organization’s current and future administrative and facilities management needs are met efficiently and economically. This includes overseeing office supplies, equipment, mail distribution, records management, and other related services.
  • Efficiently manage and oversee government services such as visa issuance, work permits, sponsorship transfers, and labor relations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate facility evaluations, medical insurance management, and other vital administrative tasks, ensuring timely submission of all staff-related insurance details.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key government authorities, embassies, and other stakeholders to ensure positive working relationships and timely resolution of issues.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for management on government services and administration, providing expert guidance and prompt responses to inquiries.
  • Proactively identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, optimization, and enhancement of processes, reducing risks and errors.
  • Stay informed on government services, administration trends, and relevant regulations, integrating updates seamlessly and sharing knowledge with the team.
  • Manage and support HR operations activities, adhering to SLAs and sourcing timelines, and participate in business structure reorganization and consolidation.
  • Monitor and participate in team and facility budgets, preparing finance reports and maintaining consistent metric reporting for management teams.
  • Plan, prioritize, and manage maintenance activities and upgrades to minimize disruptions to business activities and ensure effective resource use.

Required Skills To Be Successful:

  • Exceptional analytical skills for evaluating and improving processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills for managing relationships with government authorities and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance related to labor laws and government services.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in HR administration, government services, and administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of Labor Law, employment regulations, and governmental procedures.
  • Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft applications.
