GP Aesthetic Doctor with more than 3 years EXP in UAE

A. Clinical & Aesthetic Services

• Perform patient consultations, medical assessments, and determine suitability for aesthetic treatments.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations tailored to patient needs and expectations.
• Perform advanced aesthetic procedures including (but not limited to):
• Botox and dermal fillers
• PRP, skin boosters, and mesotherapy
• Laser and energy-based treatments
• Chemical peels and skincare-based therapies
• Anti-aging and regenerative treatments
• Monitor patient progress and ensure proper follow-up and aftercare.
• Manage complications promptly and professionally.

B. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure full compliance with DHA regulatory standards, policies, and clinical protocols.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential patient documentation.
• Follow strict infection control and sterilization procedures.
• Participate in internal audits and quality improvement programs.

C. Patient Care & Communication

• Deliver exceptional patient experience with professionalism, empathy, and ethical practice.
• Educate patients on treatment options, expected results, risks, and post-care.
• Build strong rapport to encourage patient retention and referrals.

D. Operational & Team Responsibilities

• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Support the clinic in developing treatment packages, promotional recommendations, and new service offerings.
• Attend trainings, workshops, and continuous medical education (CME) programs to maintain competency.
• Uphold the clinic’s reputation through high standards of practice and presentation.

3. Qualifications & Requirements

• UAE-licensed General Practitioner (DHA License/Eligibility).
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience with at least 3 years in aesthetics.
• Strong practical expertise in injectables, lasers, and skin treatments.
• Excellent diagnostic and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills with ability to explain medical concepts clearly to patients.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and patient-centered mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand aesthetic clinic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
