Job Title: General Practitioner (GP) Dentist - Revenue Share Model

Reporting To: Dental Head / Medical Director

Job Summary

The GP Dentist will be responsible for providing comprehensive general dental care, ensuring high standards of clinical practice, patient safety, and satisfaction. The role requires a DHA-licensed/eligible dentist with strong clinical skills and a patient-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat common dental conditions and oral diseases
• Perform general dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canal treatments, scaling, and polishing
• Conduct dental examinations, X-rays, and treatment planning
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
• Follow DHA regulations, infection control, and sterilization protocols
• Coordinate with dental assistants, specialists, and front office staff
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and satisfaction at all times

Desired Candidate Profile

• BDS / DDS degree from a recognized university
• DHA License or DHA Eligibility as GP Dentist (mandatory)
• 2–5 years of experience as a GP Dentist (UAE/GCC experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of general dentistry procedures
• Excellent communication and patient-handling skills
