GP (Doctor on Call) – UAE

We are looking for an experienced General Practitioner who has strong clinical skills, experience working as a doctor-on-call, and proven experience coordinating with nurses in home care or clinical settings.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE Medical License (DHA )
• Experience as a GP with doctor-on-call responsibilities
• Proven experience coordinating and supervising nursing staff
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience in UAE or abroad
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills
• Ability to manage home visits, on-call emergencies, and provide guidance remotely

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality medical assessment and treatment
• Serve as doctor-on-call for patient care and emergencies
• Work closely with nursing teams to ensure smooth, coordinated care
• Review medical reports and care plans; provide clinical oversight
• Ensure all medical and nursing activities follow UAE healthcare regulations
