Position: General Practitioner (GP) / Functional Medicine / Wellness Doctor

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced, patient-focused, and commercially minded GP / Functional Medicine Doctor to join our wellness and IV therapy clinic in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in preventive medicine, wellness optimization, functional medicine, IV therapies, aesthetics, and patient transformation.

The doctor will be responsible for assessing patients, developing personalized treatment plans, recommending wellness and IV therapy protocols, and delivering exceptional patient care while supporting the growth and clinical excellence of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and health assessments.
• Develop personalized wellness, preventive health, and treatment plans.
• Assess suitability and prescribe IV therapy protocols based on patient needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients regarding wellness, nutrition, supplementation, lifestyle modifications, and preventive healthcare.
• Promote evidence-based functional medicine and wellness solutions.
• Provide aesthetic consultations and treatments where applicable.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience and build long-term patient relationships.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and clinical standards.
• Participate in the development of new wellness programs and treatment protocols.
• Train and guide nursing staff regarding treatment protocols and patient care pathways.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in wellness medicine, IV therapies, regenerative medicine, longevity medicine, and aesthetics.

Requirements

• DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter.
• Experience in Wellness Medicine, Functional Medicine, IV Therapy, Aesthetic Medicine, Preventive Medicine, or related fields.
• Strong communication and consultation skills.
• Ability to build trust and educate patients effectively.
• Professional appearance and excellent bedside manner.
• Commercial awareness with a patient-centered approach.
• Passion for innovation, wellness, and continuous learning.
