We are hiring a talented GPON & Wireless Network Administrator to join our growing technical team!

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, rehabilitate, and monitor GPON/fiber optic networks.
• Install, configure, and manage GPON ONTs, OLTs, and related devices.
• Configure and troubleshoot wireless solutions across multiple projects.
• Conduct inspections & preventive maintenance of fiber and wireless infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve network faults, service degradation, and performance issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and field teams for upgrades and repairs.
• Maintain documentation for network devices, IP schemes, and configurations.
• Install, configure, and maintain Network Management Systems (NMS).
• Ensure compliance with network security protocols.
• Provide technical support during expansions or network changes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or related.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with GPON & wireless networking.
• Strong understanding of fiber optic technologies, wireless protocols, and network design.
• Proven experience in GPON and wireless devices installation & maintenance.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
