AlHaadi Mobilya is a premium furniture brand headquartered in Lahore, specializing in contemporary, custom, and retail furniture solutions. As a growing organization with expanding factory and retail operations, we are looking for an experienced Senior IT Specialist to manage and optimize our IT infrastructure, systems, and support functions.

Role Overview:

The Senior IT Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the company’s overall IT operations, including hardware, software, networking, ERP systems, and cybersecurity. This role requires a hands-on professional who can manage day-to-day IT support while also leading improvements in system performance, data security, and technology integration across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, servers, and network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, printers, routers, and other IT equipment.
• Provide technical support to users in the office and factory to resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Administer and manage ERP systems, user accounts, permissions, and system backups.
• Ensure data security protocols are in place including firewalls, anti-virus software, data backups, and access controls.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, licensing, and repair of IT equipment or software.
• Monitor system performance and suggest upgrades or changes to improve efficiency.
• Document IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and asset inventory.
• Evaluate new technologies to support business operations and recommend implementation where needed.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data protection regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and ERP systems.
• Experience with firewalls, data backups, and cybersecurity protocols.
• Familiarity with cloud services (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills to support cross-department collaboration.
• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or CompTIA are preferred.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
