Amazon E-Commerce Specialist

Job Description:
WBM International is looking for a skilled and passionate E-Commerce Amazon Specialist to manage and grow our product presence on Amazon marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, product listing optimization, PPC campaigns, and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the Amazon Seller Central account
• Create, update, and optimize product listings with engaging titles, descriptions, keywords, and images
• Monitor inventory levels, pricing, and product rankings
• Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC advertising campaigns
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and returns professionally
• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports
• Research new product opportunities and market trends
• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and FBA/FBM models
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
