Job Summary

The Seeds School is seeking a passionate, creative, and dedicated Grade 1 Home Teacher to join our Cambridge Primary Section. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing, engaging, and student-centered classroom that supports the academic, social, and emotional development of young learners while delivering the Cambridge Primary curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across core primary subjects in accordance with the Cambridge Primary Curriculum.
• Foster literacy, numeracy, critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active learning.
• Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments and maintain accurate academic records.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support student success.
• Prepare classroom displays, learning resources, and interactive activities.
• Participate in school meetings, professional development sessions, events, and extracurricular activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, English, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a Cambridge International School.
• Sound understanding of the Cambridge Primary Curriculum.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
