Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced A Level English Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to engage and inspire students. You will be responsible for teaching English Language and/or English Literature at A Level, preparing students for examinations, and supporting their academic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the A Level curriculum (Cambridge/Edexcel or equivalent).
• Foster critical thinking, analytical skills, and a love for literature and language among students.
• Assess, monitor, and provide constructive feedback on students’ progress.
• Prepare students thoroughly for internal assessments, coursework, and final examinations.
• Maintain a positive classroom environment that promotes learning and discipline.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support academic achievement.
• Participate in departmental meetings, professional development, and school activities as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent) is desirable.
• Minimum of [2–3] years’ teaching experience at A Level or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the A Level English curriculum (Language and/or Literature).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
