Grade 3 Homeroom Teacher

ALS is seeking a qualified, caring, and dedicated Grade 3 Homeroom Teacher to join the academic team at the Gulshan-e-Ravi Campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a supportive and engaging classroom environment that promotes the academic and personal development of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary Homeroom teacher for Grade 3 students
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across core subjects as per the curriculum
• Create a positive, safe, and nurturing classroom environment
• Monitor students’ academic and social development
• Maintain classroom discipline and encourage positive behavior
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress
• Collaborate with academic coordinators and teaching staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education or a relevant field
• Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience (primary level preferred)
• Strong classroom management and child engagement skills
• Patient, caring, and student-centered teaching approach
• Good communication skills in English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
