Grader Operator

We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Grader Operator to operate motor graders for fine grading and shaping of surfaces in road construction, site preparation, and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have strong equipment handling skills, knowledge of grading techniques, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment while following site plans and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a motor grader to level and smooth surfaces in preparation for paving, trenching, or other construction work.
• Read and interpret site plans, grades, and blueprints to achieve correct slope, elevation, and finish.
• Adjust machine controls to regulate blade height, angle, and tilt for precision grading.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance to ensure proper operation.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and surveyors to meet grade specifications.
• Monitor and adjust grading based on changing ground conditions.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain awareness of site hazards and personnel.
• Complete required reports on equipment usage and job progress.
