Grading Supervisor - Towel

We are looking for a competent and experienced Grading Supervisor to ensure product quality and compliance with company standards during the production process.

Job Location:

SITE Area, Rasheedabad - Karachi

Requirement:

• Qualification: Matric/Intermediate
• Experience: 02 to 03 years of working experience as Grading Supervisor - Towel
• Strong knowledge of towel manufacturing processes and export quality standards
• Ability to monitor production lines and identify quality issues in real time
• Good leadership and coordination skills
• Familiarity with documentation and quality reports
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage towel production and grading operations.
• Ensure proper grading of towels as per specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor and control defects such as stains, weaving faults, size variation, shade variation, and finishing issues.
• Coordinate with Production, Finishing, and Packing departments to resolve quality-related issues.
• Train grading staff on quality standards, defect identification, and grading procedures.
• Maintain grading records and prepare daily production & rejection reports.
• Ensure segregation of A-grade, B-grade, and rejected items accurately.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce rejection rates.
• Ensure workplace discipline, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.
