About the Graduate Academy

The Pipeline Gurus Graduate Academy is a structured entry program designed to develop graduates into professional B2B sales specialists.

This is not a traditional internship. Participants work on real client accounts while receiving hands-on training, coaching, and performance feedback to build practical enterprise sales skills.

Successful candidates will develop the foundation required to transition into Sales Development Representative (SDR) and Business Development roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research target companies, industries, and decision-makers
  • Execute outbound outreach through calls, LinkedIn, and email
  • Support pipeline generation for international technology clients
  • Book and coordinate qualified discovery meetings
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and activity tracking (HubSpot)
  • Assist in account research and opportunity qualification
  • Participate in weekly coaching sessions and performance reviews
  • Follow structured outreach and reporting processes
