Assist in preparing basic tax computations, worksheets, and schedules (CGT workings, IHT calculations, trust distribution summaries).

Conduct structured research using HMRC manuals, technical articles, guidance notes, and case law summaries.

2. Documentation & Client File Support

Prepare and maintain AML/KYC packs, onboarding documentation, and due diligence summaries.

Support drafting engagement letters, fee proposals, client information requests, and file notes.

4. Microsoft Office & Digital Productivity

Strong proficiency required in:

Excel (lookups, pivot tables, conditional formatting, structured worksheets).

Outlook (email organisation, calendar management).

PowerPoint (presentation formatting).

5. Website & Digital Systems Support (Versatility Requirement)

The role requires a fast learner who is comfortable with modern software and can support basic digital operations, including:

Basic website/content updates (e.g., editing text/images in platforms such as WordPress, Wix, or similar — training provided).

Navigating and updating online portals, CMS tools, cloud storage (OneDrive/SharePoint), and internal systems.

Supporting simple tasks such as uploading documents, updating pages, adding content, and maintaining organised digital folders.

(This is not a web development role, but versatility and comfort with digital tools is essential.)

6. Communication & Professional Standards

Draft clear, concise, professional English.

Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.

Provide daily/weekly progress updates.

Demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and accountability.
