Graduate Adjunct Faculty

California Baptist University, an evangelical Christian university affiliated with the California Southern Baptist Convention, invites applications for the following faculty position. Candidates must embrace the mission of California Baptist University and evidence a clear understanding of, and commitment to, excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service through the integration of the Christian faith and learning.

A master’s degree in nursing is required; a terminal degree is preferred. Teaching experience is preferred. Candidates must maintain current direct patient care practice have a minimum of one (1) year of direct patient care experience. An unencumbered California Registered Nurse license, California Nurse Practitioner license, and a national NP certification are required.

Teaching responsibilities can include didactic and clinical oversight. Candidates are expected to demonstrate a commitment to excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service activities that support the mission of the College of Nursing and the University.
