Graduate Architect / Architectural Designer

Weber Murphy Fox is seeking a Graduate Architect / Architectural Designer to join our Cleveland office. This role will work closely with project teams across all WMF locations, contributing to a wide range of project types from schematic design through construction administration.

The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow professionally while contributing to collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams.

Work Arrangement

Full-time position (40 hours per week) with benefits.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $50,000 – $60,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

Key Responsibilities

Project Production

  • Perform architectural assignments under the direction of a licensed architect
  • Support project teams on small projects or portions of larger, more complex projects
  • Assist in developing design concepts including 3D models, renderings, plans, and presentations
  • Prepare design layouts and contribute through research and documentation
  • Support preparation of construction drawings and specifications
  • Develop and model basic project details
  • Conduct product and material research
  • Assist with coordination of consultants and project documentation
  • Support project teams in maintaining schedules, budgets, and deliverables
  • Assist with construction administration tasks, including submittals and RFIs

Qualifications

  • Professional degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s) from an accredited program
  • 0–3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Revit required
  • Working knowledge of architectural documentation, building systems, and standard practices
  • Familiarity with BIM processes and coordination
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and/or visualization tools (Enscape, Lumion, etc.) preferred
  • Enrolled in or actively pursuing AXP preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute
