Graduate Automotive Sales & Purchasing Agent

Join ALBA CARS - one of Dubai's leading used car dealerships - for a 1-2 year structured graduate program launching in the first quarter of 2026. This role starts in the call center level and will provide hands on training across every stage of the vehicle sales and procurement lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Purchasing Training
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to learn client qualification, needs analysis, and product matching.
  • Support sales and purchasing teams in evaluating vehicles, pricing, and market trends.
  • Assist in deal documentation, supplier coordination, and vehicle sourcing.
  • Shadow senior agents to understand the full sales and purchasing lifecycle.
Customer Engagement & Communication
  • Deliver excellent customer service through every touchpoint-phone, e mail, or in person.
  • Communicate with clients to build trust, clarify needs, and manage expectations.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to support the closing of deals.
  • Maintain a professional and energetic presence in all client interactions.
Performance, Targets & Growth
  • Track and report performance metrics tied to call handling, lead conversion, and sales output.
  • Achieve monthly KPIs with support from managers and team leaders.
  • Participate in continuous training and feedback sessions to improve effectiveness.
  • Progress through program phases toward becoming a certified Sales & Purchasing Agent at ALBA CARS.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a confident phone presence.
  • High energy, resilience, and eagerness to learn in a structured training environment.
  • Basic understanding or interest in automotive industry trends.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools.
  • UAE driving license (or willing to obtain within program period) is preferred.
Salary & Benefits

Competitive Salary: 5,000 - 8,000 AED

Compensation Structure: Base + Commission
