Graduate Engineer – Aviation_KSA National

WSP Middle East is currently seeking a Graduate Engineer – Aviation (Saudi National) with 0–2 years of experience to join our design-led aviation projects team based in Dammam, KSA. This role offers an excellent opportunity for early‑career engineers to gain hands‑on experience in airport and aviation infrastructure design within a global consultancy environment.

• Support the delivery of electrical / building services design (discipline to be aligned with qualification) for aviation and airport projects across various design stages.
• Assist senior engineers in preparing concept, schematic, and detailed design deliverables, including drawings, calculations, and reports.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (architecture, civil, structural, mechanical, ICT, and specialist consultants) to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Contribute to design reviews, technical submissions, and internal quality assurance processes.
• Support compliance with relevant international standards, local authority requirements, and client specifications.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and coordination sessions as part of project delivery teams.
• Ensure Health & Safety principles are embedded into design activities in line with WSP policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services or relevant discipline).
• 0–2 years of post‑graduate experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Interest or academic exposure to aviation / airport infrastructure projects.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop within a design consultancy environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to design software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit) is an advantage.
