Graduate Engineer - Saudization - 3 Years - (Western Cluster, Jeddah)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Graduate Engineer with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience to support the planning and execution of engineering and construction projects. The role involves assisting in the development of project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring progress against budgets and schedules, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. The successful candidate will provide technical support, contribute to resolving project challenges, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. This position is ideal for an early-career professional looking to further develop their project management and technical capabilities within a dynamic environment.

• Assist in Developing and manage detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk assessments.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and consistent project reporting in line with organizational standards.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, RFIs, variations, and change orders.
• Ensure full compliance with Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health policies, manuals, and procedures.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager or supervisor.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized and accredited university.
• 3 years of experience supporting large scale infrastructure or city development projects.
• Exposure to government or semi-government programs and projects is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of project planning, cost control, scheduling, and construction coordination principles.
• Familiarity with project management and reporting tools such as Primavera P6 and/or MS Project is preferred.
• Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a willingness to learn.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
