Role Overview:

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) in the Supply Chain team, you’ll play a key role in optimizing the flow of materials, improving operational efficiency, and supporting procurement, planning, and logistics processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanical engineering graduate with strong academics and a team-oriented mindset to gain hands-on experience in a high-growth consumer products company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily supply chain operations including inventory tracking, material planning, and vendor coordination.
• Assist in analyzing demand forecasts and ensuring timely procurement of materials.
• Work closely with manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics teams to streamline processes.
• Participate in data analysis and process improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to track orders and ensure quality and timelines are met.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation to support decision-making.
• Contribute to cross-functional team projects and supply chain innovation efforts.

Who We're Looking For:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• Strong academic performance and a solid foundation in engineering principles.
• Experience working on team projects (academic or internship-based).
• Good understanding of supply chain concepts, planning, or logistics is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with good MS Excel or basic data analysis skills.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Saki Naka, Mumbai (This is an on-site position)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
