Graduate Engineer Trainee

Role Overview:

The Graduate Engineer Trainer (GET) will undergo structured technical and practical training while supporting engineering projects. The role focuses on developing core engineering skills, industry exposure, and hands-on experience under senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in technical training programs and workshops
• Learn and assist in engineering design, development, testing, or operations
• Support senior engineers in daily technical tasks and project execution
• Understand project requirements, drawings, and specifications
• Prepare reports, documentation, and technical records
• Follow company quality, safety, and engineering standards
• Perform basic troubleshooting and analysis
• Apply learning to real-time engineering problems

Technical Skills (as per domain):

For IT / Software:

• Basics of programming, databases, and SDLC
• Understanding of operating systems and networking fundamentals

For Mechanical / Electrical / Civil:

• Strong fundamentals of core engineering subjects
• Ability to read drawings and basic technical documentation
• Knowledge of tools, machines, or site processes

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer skills and documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
