Job Title: Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET) | Fast-Track to Core Engineering | Vasai

Location: Vasai East, Maharashtra (On-site) Salary: ₹10k - ₹25k per month + Performance Bonus Job Type: Full-time

The Mission (What you will actually do):

• Hands-on Problem Solving: Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical failures on the shop floor (No desk-only engineers).
• Process Improvement: Identify one bottleneck in our production line and fix it within your first 90 days.
• Documentation: Learn to create ISO-standard technical reports (a critical skill for your career).

Who We Are Looking For (The "Ralsonics" DNA):

• Degree: BE/B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics)
• Attitude > Grades: We don't care if you were a topper. We care if you are curious. Do you tinker with things at home?
• Location Agnostic: You live in (or are willing to relocate to) Vasai-Virar
• Grit: Manufacturing is not an AC office job. It is noisy, it is real, and it requires getting your hands dirty.

• You are looking for a "Software/IT" role.
• You are unwilling to travel to Vasai daily
