Graduate Engineering trainee(Civil/Mech/Chemical/Electrical)

Position Overview: To analyze and structure organizational data to generate meaningful insights that support management reporting, performance monitoring, and informed business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze organizational data and prepare structured reports for management review.
• Work on Excel-based data analysis, summaries, and dashboards.
• Perform basic trend studies and comparative analysis to support business decisions.
• Assist in identifying data patterns, variations, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain structured datasets and ensure consistency across reports and dashboards.
• Validate data accuracy and perform basic data checks before reporting.
• Support preparation of periodic performance and management of information reports.
• Follow standard reporting formats and internal data control practices.
• Support continuous improvement of reporting templates and data analysis methods.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Chemical / Industrial or similar).

· Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, lookups, pivot tables).
• Knowledge of Power BI / dashboards (preferred).
• Strong interest in data analysis and data structuring.
• Strong coordination skills to work across multiple engineers and teams.
• High attention to detail and ownership mindset.
