Graduate in Training Program (GIT), Quality Assurance

As a Graduate Internship Trainee in the Quality Team, you will be actively involved in:

• Plan and Confirm QA Strategy
• Review and update Quality Assurance Setup
• Review and update Quality Assurance goals and objectives
• Perform QA Process/WP reviews
• Log and track findings till closure
• Review and Consolidate SW Iteration Checklist and Report Iteration Status
• Report and escalate QA impediments
• Participate in applied communication mechanisms in place
• Escalate QA impediments when needed
• Create and Propagate lessons learned
• Identify and record Lessons Learned
• Support the R&D project team to identify gaps and inefficiencies
• Coach the R&D project team on process, method and tool topics or organizes that they get coaching from respective sources,
• Take gaps identified by SYS&SW Quality reviews, customer reviews. self-assessments, or other reviews and tracks them to closure,
• Work closely together and is supported by Process Owners and Key Users.
• Perform configuration management audits
  
  

Qualifications

• Recent graduate of year 2025 and 2024
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Mechatronics, Electronics ,Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of both English and Arabic (written and verbal communication is essential). French is a strong plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  
  

Program Details

Duration: 6 months, with renewal possibility based on performance and program needs.

Status: Full time.

Location: On-site.
