At Delta, our Digital Experience Team is the driving force behind shaping cohesive and impactful digital journeys. As a Graduate Design & Research Intern, you will contribute to the definition, design, and evaluation of digital experiences across delta.com, the Fly Delta app, and internal digital tools.
During your internship, you will work closely with UX/UI designers, content designers, UX researchers, product managers, and engineers to design, test, and refine customer‑facing and employee‑facing solutions. You will participate in user research, contribute to design explorations, and help bring concepts to life through prototyping and documentation. This internship offers hands‑on experience within a dynamic digital product environment, collaborating across disciplines and influencing outcomes through insight-driven design.

Ideal candidates are currently pursuing a graduate degree related to user experience design, visual design, interaction design, conversational design, content design, service design, or user research. KEY SKILLS
We are seeking individuals with advanced coursework in areas such as visual design, interaction and systems design, information architecture and experience mapping, user flows, accessibility and inclusive design, user research, design systems and scalable patterns, UX writing, prototyping, and user acceptance testing. A willingness to explore new tools, iterate quickly, and grow through feedback will help you soar in this role.
