Sofitel Bahrain is offering an exciting opportunity for fresh hospitality graduates to start their career in luxury hotels through Accor’s INSPIRE Graduate Program.

We are looking for a motivated and guest-focused Graduate to join us as Management Trainee in Guest Experience Department for a 12-month development journey.

What you will learn:

• Loyalty & guest experience enhancement

• Problem resolution and service recovery techniques

• Brand service culture and LQA standards

• Leadership development and real project responsibility

• 
  Recent graduate in Hospitality or Business school.

• Passionate about guest service and luxury experiences

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
