Satel is a Riyadh based company specialized in the operation and management of residential compounds and multi unit properties. We operate real communities, serve local and international tenants, and manage live assets, with a strong focus on execution, system building, and performance measurement for premium services.

About the Program:

We offer a four month Graduate Training Program, full time and on site, designed to attract and develop high caliber talent and prepare them for permanent roles within Satel.

Trainees rotate across the company’s core departments and are continuously evaluated based on quality of output, discipline, and learning speed.

Outstanding performers may receive a full-time job offer before or immediately after completing the program.

What You’ll Actually Do:

• Fully support leasing operations: scheduling property tours, updating unit availability, following up with prospects, and coordinating contracts
• Contribute to the development of business plans for managed projects and properties
• Execute and manage core operational tasks assigned directly to you, with clear accountability for results
• Manage and follow up on tenant relations on a daily basis: receiving requests, resolving complaints, coordinating maintenance, closing cases, and fully documenting each interaction
• Communicate directly with tenants and clients from multiple nationalities via phone, email, and on-site visits
• Manage property viewings, meet clients, and participate in closing leasing deals under team supervision
• Analyze residential properties and compounds from operational, digital, and on-ground perspectives (occupancy, pricing, tenant experience, readiness, and daily operations)
• Participate in building and developing advanced operating models

• Execute marketing and advertising activities from planning through closure
• Work directly on managing existing properties as part of the operations team
• Manage onboarding and listing of new properties and compounds: data preparation, cross-department coordination, and ensuring operational and leasing readiness
• Support and monitor facility management activities: maintenance, vendors, operational schedules, and on-site execution quality

Who We’re Looking For

• Recent graduates (Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, English, or related fields)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High levels of discipline, commitment, and accountability
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, demanding operational environment
• Fluency in Arabic and English
