Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and talented graduates to join our team in the UAE. As a Graduate Engineer at GHD, you will be part of our Graduate Development Program, which is designed to develop future leaders and technical specialists. You will gain hands-on experience, receive mentoring, and engage in a variety of development activities.

Graduate Development at GHD: GHD's Graduate Program is aimed at developing our future leaders and technical specialists. During the course of our two-year global graduate development programme our Graduates will work with our teams' developing skills across a wide variety of projects in the Water, Energy, Industrial, Property and Buildings sectors both in the UAE and overseas.

Based in the Abu Dhabi/ Dubai office: You will get involved in a portfolio of different projects and apply your newly acquired skills in a range of environments. Your role will develop as your knowledge of our business increases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical assignments, work elements, work packages, and project engineering design activities under supervision.
• Conduct numerical analysis and prepare technical reports.
• Utilize software to undertake engineering design.
• Participate in site visits and design team meetings as required.

What You Will Bring to the Team:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil/Mechanical/ Electrical) or Architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and development.
