Position Summary

The Graduate Research Assistant position is a full-time, on-site role based in Salt Lake City, UT. The assistant will engage in hands-on research, data analysis, and laboratory work in support of ongoing academic projects. This role involves close collaboration with faculty and research teams, requiring strong analytical abilities and clear communication skills. Responsibilities include preparing experimental materials, collecting and analyzing data, and contributing to research reports and publications. The assistant will work under the supervision of Dr. Wang while pursuing their graduate degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with particle transport simulation tools such as MCNP, OpenMC, SCALE, and SERPENT
• Familiarity with Digital Twin development
• Proficiency in high-performance computing environments
• Background in radiation shielding and activation analysis
