Graduate Software Developer (ReactJS/React Native)

Job Overview:

BLUE BLOCK IT SOLUTIONS CO. W.L.L. is looking for highly motivated and talented Graduate Software Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building innovative web applications and mobile applications using ReactJS and React Native. The successful candidate should be familiar with agile development methodologies, possess strong JavaScript skills, and have a passion for creating high-quality software solutions. Fluency in English is required, and fluency in Arabic is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient web and mobile applications using ReactJS and React Native.

Work in an agile environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to deliver software solutions on time and with high quality.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality.

Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ReactJS, and React Native.

Familiarity with agile development methodologies and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, etc.).

Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android).

Familiarity with databases and database design.

Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.

Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).

Experience with automated testing and continuous integration.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
