Graduate Trainee Engineer

Location: Project Site (Industrial / High-Rise Construction)

Experience:

• Freshers or up to 1 year experience

Qualification:

• GET: BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• DET: Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist site engineers in day-to-day construction activities
• Monitor site progress and report to senior engineers
• Support in quantity take-off and basic measurements
• Maintain site records, checklists, and reports
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
• Assist in material inspection and tracking
• Follow safety procedures and site regulations strictly
• Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and workers

Key Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of construction methods
• Ability to read drawings
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and work at project site
• Basic knowledge of MS Office & AutoCAD preferred

Other Requirements:

• Ready to work in a fast-track project environment
• Willing to stay at site location
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
