About the Role:

As a Graduate Trainee – Events & Sponsorship , you’ll be part of the team that brings du’s brand to life through corporate events, activations, sponsorships, and live communications. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to support high-impact initiatives that build brand equity and customer engagement.

What You’ll Learn & Do:

• Support the planning and execution of internal and external events, including sales roadshows and consumer activations.
• Assist in implementing sponsorship strategies aligned with business goals.
• Contribute to live event coverage, post-event reporting, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with agencies and partners to negotiate terms and ensure smooth execution.

What We’re Looking For:

• Recent UAE National graduate with a degree in Communications, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field .
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
• Confident, organized, and eager to learn in a high-energy, collaborative environment.
Basic knowledge of UAE culture and event protocols is a plus.
