About the Role:

As a Graduate Trainee – Investor Relations , you will support the execution of du’s IR strategy through high-impact investor communications, financial reporting, and market analysis. This role is also at the forefront of digital transformation in IR—leveraging AI, analytics, and automation to drive transparency, efficiency, and strategic engagement.

What You’ll Learn & Do:

• Draft and support the creation of investor-facing materials (presentations, earnings call scripts, fact sheets).
• Contribute to data analysis, financial modelling, peer benchmarking, and shareholder insights.
• Assist in organizing investor meetings, roadshows, and quarterly reporting processes.
• Work cross-functionally with Finance, Strategy, and Communications to ensure alignment and accuracy.
Support the digital transformation of IR by exploring automation and AI-powered insights.

What We’re Looking For:

• Recent UAE National graduate with a degree in Finance, Data Analysis, Economics, Accounting, or a related field .
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Interest in digital tools, AI, and data visualization is a plus.
High attention to detail, professionalism, and curiosity to learn.
