General Summary or Job Objective:

Essential Functions:

• Support daily administrative and operational tasks
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communication
• Maintain records and update company databases
• Provide support to different departments when required
• Learn company processes and contribute to team project

Qualifications and Experience:

• UAE National (Emirati) with Family Book
• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or High School in Business Administration or a related field
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally
