Graduate - UAE National

A full-time entry-level role for a UAE national, based at our Creative Hub in Dubai - open to graduates from a range of design and innovation backgrounds.

We are hiring a graduate to join us full-time at ATÖLYE.

This role is open exclusively to UAE nationals and forms part of our commitment to building Emirati design talent within the region. We are open to candidates from a range of design and innovation backgrounds - tell us which one is yours, and we will shape the role around it.

About ATÖLYE

ATÖLYE is a strategic design and innovation studio.

We work with leaders across the Middle East and Europe who are shaping long-term futures in conditions of complexity and rapid change.

Our work encompasses strategy, design, architecture and technology, delivered through three interconnected practices - Academy, Space and 360 - held together by a Creative Hub in Dubai’s Emirates Towers.

Skillset That We Are Open Too:

• Learning Design - designing experiences, curricula and programmes that help people grow. You would land in our Academy practice.
• Service Design - mapping and prototyping services, customer journeys and systems. You would land in our 360 practice.
• Architecture - interior, spatial or experiential architecture. You would land in our Space practice.
• Project Coordination - running the operational backbone of multi-disciplinary projects. You would work across all three practices.
• Visual Design - brand, motion, editorial and communications design. You would contribute across the studio.
• Innovation - design research, futures thinking and concept development. You would contribute across our 360 and Academy work.
• Community - designing engagement, cultural programmes and community-rooted briefs. You would contribute across our community-facing work.

About this role

This is a graduate position shaped around the person we hire. We are open to candidates from across design and innovation - the discipline you bring will determine where you spend most of your time and who you work alongside.

Whichever path you come from, you will be paired with senior mentors, contribute on live client projects from day one, and follow a structured first-year development plan.

Who we’re looking for

• UAE national (essential - this role sits within our Emiratisation pathway)
• Recent graduate in any of the disciplines listed above (or a closely related field)
• A portfolio or final-year project that shows how you think, not just what you produced
• Comfortable in bilingual environments; Arabic-speaking is a strong plus given our regional client base
• Hungry, organised, and willing to work across disciplines while you find your footing
