Character of the Job
Efficiently manage the installation processes and customer service experience granite and other Stone countertops while producing the desired effect for each individual job. Accurately document and record the job process and certify that installation meets all of LexmarUSA’s quality standards and the customers’ expectation in a timely manner
Principal Accountabilities
- Collaborate directly with sales associates to establish and meet installation deadlines and quality standards
- Manage on-time installations that adhere to quality benchmarks
- Quality Control – Review the installation packet for completeness and accuracy prior to fabrication
- Perform Quality Control reviews of the installation packet for completeness and accuracy prior to fabrication
- Maintain safety policies and practices at all times for all field employees
- Be responsible for operating and maintaining all tools and equipment associated with the project installation
- Work with customers to capture their vision for the final product (e.g., color, patterns, movement) while maintaining quality by avoiding material flaws.- Ensure all aspects of the installation are within specified tolerances
- Maintain proficiency in all areas of the installation process (including carrying, leveling, support, seaming, sink installation, and plumbing)
- Plumbing & electrical skills appreciated
