Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Grant Writer to join our team and drive our mission forward through compelling funding proposals. In this role, you will be responsible for researching funding opportunities, developing persuasive grant proposals, and managing the entire grant application process. Your expertise in technical writing, strategic planning, and program development will be essential to securing vital resources that support our initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research grant opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government agencies
• Prepare and submit grant proposals and supporting documentation
• Collaborate with leadership to align funding strategies with organizational priorities
• Track submissions and assist with reporting requirements
• Proven experience in grant proposal writing, technical writing, or related fundraising activities.
• Strong research skills to identify potential funding sources across various sectors.
• Proficiency with databases such as Raiser's Edge or comparable fundraising management systems.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives that clearly articulate project goals and impact.
• Knowledge of contract management processes and experience managing contracts related to grants or programs.
• Ability to develop budgets, financial reports, and strategic plans that align with organizational priorities.
• Exceptional editing and proofreading skills to ensure high-quality submissions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in grant writing with a strong record of successful funding

Pay: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 per year
