The Novo Tower is a landmark high-rise development designed to redefine modern urban living, commercial innovation, and real estate marketing standards in Pakistan. Developed by Isaac Developers, the project integrates advanced design thinking, premium lifestyle features, and a strong focus on brand positioning and market impact.

We are building a team of professionals who can contribute to shaping a strong visual identity and communication strategy aligned with international standards.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Graphic Designer & Animator with a strong command of both static and motion-based visual content. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality creative assets across digital and print platforms.

This role requires a balance of technical expertise, creative thinking, and an understanding of real estate, event, and brand marketing dynamics.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design

• Develop high-quality visual designs for real estate campaigns, project launches, and marketing initiatives

• Create branding materials including brochures, presentations, billboards, standees, and digital assets

• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all communication platforms

Video Editing & Animation

• Edit professional-grade videos for project marketing, events, and promotional campaigns

• Produce motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital platforms

• Create engaging social media content including reels, advertisements, and short-form videos

Digital Content Development

• Align creative outputs with current digital trends and audience engagement strategies

• Contribute to campaign ideation with a focus on high-performing visual content

• Maintain awareness of evolving design and content trends in real estate and digital media

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and event teams to execute campaigns effectively

• Manage multiple assignments within defined timelines

• Deliver consistent, high-quality output under deadline-driven environments

Required Skills & Technical ExpertiseSoftware Proficiency (Mandatory)

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe Illustrator

• Adobe Premiere Pro

• Adobe After Effects

• Adobe Lightroom

Additional Tools (Preferred)

• Blender / Cinema 4D

• DaVinci Resolve or equivalent software

Technical Competencies

• Advanced photo editing, retouching, and color grading

• Professional video editing and storytelling

• Motion graphics and animation

• Basic audio synchronization and editing

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 1–3 years (Fresh candidates with strong portfolios may also be considered)

• Strong creative sense with a modern and professional design approach

• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video/animation work

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
