Position Summary:
Facilitating and expediting the workload for offshore designers.
Primary Essential Functions:
- Oversee and manage workload to a team of offshore designers

Choose and assign request from wilcom to specific designer

Send request to designer with additional instructions (if needed)

Organize workload to keep track of sent/received requests

Receive art proof, check art proof and send proof back to designer for corrections

Send proof to customer, attach proof in wilcom

Send revisions/approvals to designer

Attach approved art from designer to wilcom and send to digitizing

Help with relaying changes in procedures to designer

Assist in answering questions related to individual orders

Perform other duties as requested
Qualifications:
- Sending/Receiving/Managing emails

Adobe Illustrator (not required. Can do on-job training over time)

Knowledge of in-house applications/decorations

Knowledge of in-stock cap styles

Must have the ability to work closely with other people

Must be punctual and have a positive work attitude

Attentiveness and patience

Time-management skills

Detail oriented

Some sitting, standing, walking, lifting (over 75 lbs.), bending, twisting, reaching, stretching, pushing, and pulling required
