Graphic Artist

We’re looking for a Graphic Artist with strong Adobe Illustrator skills and art separation experience to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who understands both the art and the science behind screen printing.

You’ll take customer ideas and transform them into clean, print-ready designs that translate flawlessly from screen to garment.

What You’ll Do:

• Prep vector artwork using Adobe Illustrator
• Perform color separations for screen printing (spot color, simulated process, etc.)
• Clean up and adjust customer-provided artwork for production
• Ensure files meet print specs (trapping, halftones, line weights, etc.)
• Collaborate with production team to ensure designs print accurately
• Manage multiple jobs and deadlines without sacrificing quality

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
• Proven experience with art separation for screen printing
• Strong understanding of print processes, inks, and garment behavior
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with Printavo or similar workflow systems
• Knowledge of embroidery digitizing basics
• Previous work in a screen printing shop or apparel production
