Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX & Web Designer to shape the digital experience at MAGAS. The ideal candidate will design and maintain websites, web interfaces, and digital assets that are visually engaging, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand. This role combines creativity, strategic thinking, and collaboration to elevate the company’s online presence, support marketing initiatives, and deliver a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites, landing pages, and microsites with a focus on user experience and engagement.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UI designs for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance accessibility, engagement, and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Produce digital assets for social media campaigns, presentations, email marketing, and other creative materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and marketing touchpoints.
- Create illustrations, infographics, and visual storytelling assets to support business goals.
- Contribute ideas to digital strategy discussions and provide design solutions aligned with objectives.
- Work closely with marketing, content, product, and client teams to meet functional and commercial requirements.
- Organize design systems, templates, and documentation for scalable operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, UX/UI best practices, and digital marketing innovations.
- Optimize design workflows, version control, approvals, and project delivery processes.
- Help develop SOPs, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistent high-quality output.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in web design, UX/UI, or graphic design (strong portfolios from internships or projects are considered).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects), Figma, Canva.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and responsive design principles.
- Ability to turn complex ideas into engaging, intuitive digital designs.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
