Graphic Design and Digital Image Specialist

Position Summary

The Graphic Design and Digital Image Specialist will work under the direction of the Director of Sales and Finance to create, enhance, and maintain digital product listings across internal and external channels with a focus on website end user experience, functionality, and brand alignment. In addition to supporting eCommerce efforts, this role is responsible for creating original custom artwork tailored to client specifications and aesthetics. The specialist will also assist the marketing team by designing graphics for advertisements and promotional campaigns. This position is a key member of the Sales and Marketing team, contributing to both product visibility and customer engagement through compelling visual content.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Create original, custom artwork for clients based on their specific themes, branding guidelines, and aesthetic preferences

· Collaborate directly with client-facing teams to assess design needs and propose creative visual solutions

· Translate customer concepts and feedback into high-quality, production-ready artwork across a variety of formats

· Design customized graphics for special programs, seasonal collections, or client-exclusive campaigns

· Maintain consistency with client brand identity while bringing fresh creative ideas to each unique project

· Work across multiple formats (digital, print, product, and packaging) to meet diverse customer requirements

· Collaborate with the marketing team to create graphic layouts for advertisements, email campaigns, and social media promotions

· Create and enhance digital listings for the catalogs on the company’s website, company hosted websites and third-party sales channels including but not limited to Walmart and Amazon

· Shoot & reshoot photos for new and existing products consistent with company standards

· Translate verbal direction into consistent high-quality product images or videos that adhere to company standards and promotes marketing initiatives

· A command of the creative requirements for marketing communications including online media, branding standards and interactive media and print collateral

· Provide video, product photography and graphic design for product listings and social media

· Utilize Microsoft Excel to maintain, and keep current, a detailed archive of all the company’s product images

· Create and maintain documentation to provide detailed instructions for setting up photo and video layouts for each product group and sub-group

· Collaborate with the Procurement and Production departments to create pre-production images for new products. Update these images when the finished product is delivered

  • Work with the Production department to create and enhance digital images for listings on customer websites hosted by the company
  • Requisition inventory from the store or samples from the procurement manager for creating new digital images or video

Essential Skills

· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

· Ability to translate client’s design direction into final product

· Demonstrated ability to be self-directed, comfortable, and confident working in a fast-paced collaborative environment

· Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

· The ability to multi-task

· Ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities

· Problem-solving skills to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently with strained and/or similar deadlines

· Ability to work on longer-term projects as well as rapid development projects

· Willingness to do production work necessary to complete the vision

· Focus and attention to detail

Qualifications

· Bachelor of Fine Arts

· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and product photography in a commercial setting

· Fully Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva

Job Type: Full-time
