Graphic Design Assistant (Production-Focused)

We are looking for a junior designer/illustrator to join our team and support the production of artwork for our souvenir vending machines and collectible medallions.

This role is heavily production-focused. You will work alongside our lead designer to convert approved Photoshop designs into clean, scalable vector artwork, prepare cabinet graphics for print, and produce precise technical line drawings used for engravings.

The work requires accuracy, consistency, and strong vector skills. Small file errors can become physical manufacturing mistakes, so attention to detail is essential.

What You Will Be Doing

• Converting approved Photoshop artwork into production-ready vector files
• Creating precise vector line drawings from photographs
• Preparing cabinet artwork layouts for large-format print
• Formatting files correctly for engraving, print, and digital use
• Maintaining consistency across designs and ensuring brand accuracy
• Supporting concept development for machine panels and cabinets

You are early in your design career and eager to develop strong technical skills.
You enjoy structured creative work and take pride in precision.
You are comfortable working in Adobe Illustrator daily.
You understand that effective design must be technically correct, not just visually appealing.
You want to see your artwork manufactured and used in real-world locations.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (essential)
• Working knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign
• Solid vector and line-art skills
• Experience preparing print-ready artwork
• Engraving or manufacturing artwork experience is an advantage
• Experience creating technical 3D drawings or mechanical concept visuals is a strong plus
• Familiarity with creating 3D cabinet or product concepts is beneficial

During the interview process, shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a short vector conversion task.

Full-time or part-time considered depending on capability.
