RealTree Properties is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with real estate experience to join our growing team.

This role plays a key part in shaping our visual identity, supporting project launches, and creating premium marketing materials for property listings and developer campaigns. The ideal candidate understands real estate branding, works efficiently under tight deadlines, and maintains high design standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media creatives, banners, and campaign visuals
• Create project launch artworks and promotional materials
• Work with developer assets, brochures, masterplans, and 3D renders
• Design digital cards, emailers, branded documents, and company presentations
• Maintain strong layout structure, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Perform basic editing and color correction of renders and marketing visuals
• Enhance and refine AI-generated renders quickly and professionally
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
• Maintain organized file management and structured workflow
• Deliver high-quality work with fast turnaround times

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate graphic design
• Strong understanding of premium aesthetics and branding consistency
• Ability to work with developer marketing materials
• Skilled in layout design, typography, and visual storytelling
• Proficient in:
• Figma
• Adobe Photoshop
• CapCut
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Portfolio/work samples required
