Graphic Design & Digital Marketing

What You'll Do

Graphic Design

• Design logos, decks, presentations, product spec sheets, price sheets, branding materials, social media graphics, and signage
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate production orders with external vendors
• Review and revise designs based on feedback; manage final approvals with the team
• Collaborate with Eastern Effects on marketing materials

Digital Marketing

• Build and manage contact databases and campaigns in HubSpot
• Compile and import contact lists (Google Sheets → .csv → HubSpot)
• Create and send marketing emails; track and report on campaign performance

Web & Social Media

• Manage and update company websites
• Manage social media accounts across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn for multiple brands
• Write copy, create content, schedule posts, and track social media assets

Video, Motion & 3D

• Edit videos in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Create 2D motion graphics and animations for promotional use
• 3D model, texture, animate, and render products for marketing materials

Events

• Build event invites and manage guest lists via Luma
• Design visuals and marketing materials for events

Research & Outreach

• Research potential clients and industry contacts via ProdPro, IMDb, and Google
• Send outreach emails to production companies and new contacts

Accounting Support

• Create estimates and invoices in QuickBooks across multiple company accounts

General & Administrative Support

• Provide operational support to leadership as needed
• Occasional local pickups and drop-offs of equipment

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Van Nuys, CA 91406
